The CACF Apprenticeship Program is about more than just conversations—it’s about creating direct impact. By connecting emerging talent with hands-on experience, we’re transforming Central Africa into a global hub for creativity. We’re starting in Kinshasa, the largest creative market in the region, where young professionals will gain the skills and insights needed to make an immediate difference. Once a strong foundation is built, this program will expand to other Central African countries, offering even more opportunities to develop talent and strengthen the region’s presence on the global creative stage.

- Educated and skilled but facing employment challenges.
- Passionate about the creative industries
- Meet additional criteria (varies by school).

- Application Period: August 1st – September 7th, 2024
- Notification of Acceptance: September 8th – September 30th, 2024
- November 2024 - January 2025: Orientation and interviews with recruiting companies.
- Event Days: November 9th, 2024.
